Dr. Angela G. Kaza, MD is a highly trained, double board-certified weight loss surgeon in Houston, specializing in General and Bariatric Surgery. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Michigan before earning her medical degree from Michigan State University College of Human Medicine. Dr. Kaza completed her General/Trauma Surgery Residency at the University of Kentucky (Internship) and the University of North Dakota, followed by a Bariatric Fellowship at Saint Agnes Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. She further advanced her skills through a Mastery of General Surgery Fellowship at Loyola University Medical Center in Chicago, IL.

Recently, Dr. Kaza relocated to Houston, TX to partner with Dr. Brian Harkins. She is dedicated to providing advanced, patient-centered care with a focus on minimally invasive and robotic techniques in both general and bariatric surgery.
